This notice covers the Vantaro website at vantaro.uk, its early-access list, and its contact form. Vantaro is an early-stage product project.

What you share with us

If you request early access, we store your email address, any optional team context you provide, your consent, and the submission date. If you contact us, we store your email, message, and submission date. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the free-text fields.

Why we keep it

We use early-access details to manage the launch list and contact you about Vantaro with your consent. We use contact messages to answer questions and handle requests. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it is stored

The website runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and can be accessed by the person operating the Vantaro project. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting; they are not saved in our forms database. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its infrastructure processing.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t set advertising or analytics cookies and we don’t load third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and application assets are served from this website.

Retention and your choices

We keep early-access records for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months to support the conversation. You can ask to view, correct, or delete your details, or withdraw your early-access consent.
